Here are a few resources that can help you navigate and find valuable productivity tools in Paragon:

To access this information and much more, simply follow these steps:
  1. Click the MLS Documents button located in the upper right area of the Paragon home page. 
  2. Click the appropriate yellow folder.
  3. Click the appropriate link for the information you need.

Paragon Monthly Systemwide Maintenance 

SDMLS will be performing updates to Paragon, including new features and functionality, from 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 17 (PDT), through 4:00 a.m. Wednesday September 18 (PDT). This is an estimate of system downtime and all functionalities of the Paragon system will be disabled during this 6-hour period.
 
All Data Share, Parallel, and Membership Import tasks/processes will be disabled and re-enabled at the conclusion of the maintenance event, resulting in delayed data import/export availability. Agent and other websites that directly rely on Paragon Data, such as photos, may be affected.

Please be aware of this system downtime and be prepared to finish and save anything you are working on by 9:45 p.m. on September 17.

Meet Your Rules Administrator: Kelly Allen Michell

Kelly joined SDMLS in March 2019 as the Rules Administrator and is loving it. Many of you already know Kelly, as she served as a Service Center Outreach Associate and MLS Liaison for 17 years in the Rancho Bernardo Service Center. Kelly was born New Mexico, and lived in Texas and Arizona before making California her home in 1986. Having practiced real estate prior to joining the SDAR/SDMLS family, she is empathetic to what is involved in building a business in real estate. Kelly’s history and experience make Kelly a valuable resource for your MLS rules and data entry questions.
